Sheilah Gashumba hosted the first ever 'Baller's Party' at Club Guvnor on Tuesday night.
With the many part goers in attendance, Sheilah Gashumba paid tribute to the fallen soldiers Mowzey Radio and Ivan Ssemwanga for their contribution to the music industry and starting the money splashing culture among socialites.
The tribute was paid by putting up phone lights up in the sky and lining up over 10 bottles of champagne to toast to their life as the late Mowzey's music played in the background.
