Rema Namakula, has win the first ever MTN CallerTunez Online Award. Rema, won the competition after leading in number of downloads this month off on CallerTunez platform.

Rema won a closely contested competition ahead of , Kenzo, Bebe Cool and David Lutalo as the  artistes with the most downloads in the last past thirty days.

Rema’s hit single Mchuzi managed to scoop over 6,000 downloads, followed by Eddy Kenzo’s Sitya Loss which has managed to scoop 3,000+ downloads, Bebe Cool’s Love you every day has over 3,000 downloads while as David Lutalo’s Manya has over 2,900 downloads.

This means that Rema won UGX 2,500,000 .
