Rubaga South MP, Kato Lubwama, has laughed at dancehall singer Khalifah Aganaga, who wants to challenge him in 2021.
According to Kato Lubwama, the 'four by four' singer is looking for ways to revive his dead career.
"Khalifah can't handle politics. He just wants me to respond to his nonsense then he becomes big. I won't allow it,"he said.
He added that events promoter Andrew Mukasa also known as Banjo gained a following after their verbal exchange live on NTV.
