Gagamel boss Bebe Cool confirmed that he turned down Spice Diana’s collabo request about a year ago.
Bebe Cool says it was because he felt Spice Diana had not matured musically at that time.
“I told her to first work hard and reach a certain level on the music charts then we can work,” he said.
On whether Spice has reached that level, Bebe Cool says, she is almost there.
