A few days ago, a top artist formed the Uganda Musician Federation (UMF) and the group is headed by Eddy Kenzo.
When musician Carol Nantogo was asked about it, she confirmed she didn't participate in choosing its leadership.
"I don't know much about the new federation because I didn't even participate in the voting process. I don't know the main goals of the organization, maybe they will inform us soon," she said in an interview with local television.
The Uganda National musicians federation was formed to foster unity among the musicians and to also get funding from the government.
