After working with Bushingtone for four years, Lydia Jazmine ended their professional relationship in 2018.
Before that, the pair had worked on an album, and to this day, many believe Jazmine would have reached the biggest international stages with the songs on it.
In different conversations, Bushingtone has continued to brand the album a masterpiece that would have revolutionized Ugandan music.
He, however, refused to give the album to Jazmine and never released it.
Bushingtone says Jazmine should pay for the album if she needs it. He explained that significant investment, including money and knowledge, was put into working on it.
The legendary producer says he has no problem giving it to her as long as she pays for it.
"I have no issue giving her the album if she pays for it," he explained in an interview with a local television station. "She didn’t like that album; she didn’t believe in it. She told me, ‘The songs you make me sing don’t make money.’ I invested a lot of money into it, and I can't just give it out freely."
Bushingtone also reportedly dated Lydia Jazmine at the time they worked together.
