Mental health awareness is key not only for women but also for men, as they go through different challenges in day-to-day life.
Often, they are advised to remain silent about the difficulties they experience, with suggestions that they are built strong and that opening up would expose their weakness.
However, Chozen Blood has rallied them to open up and always share their life challenges for the good of their mental health.
He explained that speaking out brings solutions to the challenges faced, and this will save someone from facing more problems like depression.
"Men, speaking out when you have a difficulty or are going through a difficult time is not a sign of weakness; it is a step closer to the solution of a challenging issue or problem," he explained.
Speaking out and sharing different challenges with others is seen as key in maintaining good mental health.
Mental health refers to a person's emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act, as well as how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Good mental health doesn’t mean feeling happy all the time, but being able to cope with life’s ups and downs.
Chozen Blood's message intends to inform the public that seeking help is brave and necessary for the betterment of one's health.
