Musician Grenade Official spent over six months publicizing a concert he had planned to stage at Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala.
However, just a week before the concert date in February of this year, the musician canceled the event.
The singer, who had previously said he wanted to prepare better for the event, has since changed his explanation.
Speaking in an an interview with a local television station, Grenade revealed that he postponed his concert because of witchcraft. The singer explained that he was bewitched and even lost his voice, which forced him to cancel the event.
"I believe someone bewitched me, and that’s why my concert didn’t happen as planned," he explained. "Witchcraft is real in this industry—to the point that I lost my voice at one point."
Grenade added that he will announce the new concert dates to his fans in the near future.
