Musician Weasel has reignited online tensions after launching a bitter tirade against supporters of the National Unity Platform (NUP).
The long-running verbal clashes between him and NUP fans continue to unfold daily across social media platforms, especially TikTok.
In one heated exchange, Weasel took direct aim at NUP President Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine), claiming he has no chance of ever becoming Uganda’s President.
“You can abuse me all you want, but you know your presidential candidate can never win even in three hundred years. He has no capacity to be President,” Weasel said.
“Go and work instead of attacking us who are earning as we perform for President Museveni.”
He went on to praise President Museveni, insisting he will remain Uganda’s leader for many more years.
“President Museveni will be the leader in many years to come. Continue voting for him instead of wasting your time on Bobi Wine.”
Weasel’s comments have triggered another wave of online backlash from NUP supporters.
