Movie director and producer John Segawa has taken aim at presidential candidate Bobi Wine, accusing him of staging drama instead of fronting concrete policies during the ongoing campaigns.
In an interview with a local YouTuber, Segawa claimed Bobi Wine is replaying his 2021 script—focusing on dramatic scenes rather than explaining what he plans to change if elected.
“Robert has refused to move away from the 2021 script. He is focusing on the documentary instead of bringing policies to the people,” Segawa said. “He’s staging fracas with police, showing off dust, sleeping in dire hotels—just drama for cameras.”
Segawa concluded that Bobi Wine remains politically immature and has no chance against President Yoweri Museveni.
