Over the weekend, popular TikToker Barista Timo faced off with Shakib, widely known as Zari’s husband, in a boxing match.
The fight ended in favor of Shakib, who knocked out Barista Timo in the first round.
Barista Timo has since claimed that he was ambushed and that Shakib broke the agreed-upon rules of the fight.
Despite the loss, Timo expressed gratitude for the opportunity and says he is open to participating in similar matches in the future.
“I was ambushed and cheated. Shakib won, but he broke the rules, and his win should have been revoked by the referee. However, I remain grateful for the fight and will keep doing this going forward,” he explained.
The boxing match took place on Saturday at the International University of East Africa in Kansanga.
