Rapper Feffe Bussi is set to stage his concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval on May 16, with preparations already in high gear.
However, the self-proclaimed “smallest rapper” has revealed that he has not received any support from the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF), unlike some artists who have benefited from the body in recent events.
Fefe Bussi explained that he is financing the concert using his own resources, alongside support from a few sponsors who believe in his vision.
“I have not received support from UNMF. I am funding the concert myself together with sponsors who believe in me. Nevertheless, we are fully prepared, and it will be a success,” he said in an interview with a local television station.
The upcoming event will mark Fefe Bussi’s maiden concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval as he celebrates ten years in Uganda’s competitive music industry.
