The Police in Kampala are investigating an incident in which a man committed suicide in Kampala, under unclear circumstances.
The deceased, Sseguya Trevor Mathew, climbed out of a window of Nateete Business Center and jumped to his death.
The incident happened at 1 pm on Tuesday while most people at the office had reportedly gone out for lunch.
Eyewitnesses who observed the deceased before he committed suicide say he was calm and sound mind.
Luke Owoyesigyire, the Kampala Metropolitan Deputy Police Spokesperson says the rushed to the scene after receiving a call from the manager at, Natete business center.
He says the lifeless body of the deceased is currently at City mortuary Mulago.
Owoyesigyire has cautioned members of the public to always seek help from the relevant authorities like local leaders and police instead of committing suicide.
