African Leaders have started arriving ahead of tomorrow’s swearing in ceremony. President Yoweri Museveni will tomorrow be sworn in for another 5 year term as head of state.

So far, The Prime Minister of Cameroon Mr. Philemon Yang, the King of Losotho Letsie III, H.E Edgar Lungu of Zambia, Tanzania's H.E John Pombe Magufuli, and Prime Minister of Swaziland Dr.S. Dlamini have arrived into the country.

More leaders from South Africa, Togo, Zimbabwe, and the Russian federation plus many other countries are yet to arrive, but are all expected by night fall today.

Neighboring Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta on the other hand opted to attend the World economic Forum with his Rwandan counterpart, H.E Paul Kagame in the capital Kigali.

Most Ugandans had since speculated that this is because of Uganda’s decision to use the Tanzanian route in the oil pipeline as opposed to the Kenyan.

Roads in and around Kampala remain closed, traffic is surging, and security is on high alert as the heads of state jet in, while the army and police prepare for the day, at the kololo ceremonial grounds.
