Rukungiri Chief Magistrate's Court has dismissed a case of forgery against Prosper Butubuura, the Ntungamo District Engineer. The Rukungiri Chief Magistrate, Edith Mary Mbabazi dismissed the matter on Friday, saying that Butubuura didn't commit any crime.
