Police has in custody two Rwandese nationals found in possession of 10kg of heroin traveling from Tanzania to Kampala.
The two women who were carrying Ugandan passports were identified as 43 year old Kizito Mary Gorret and Kyomugisha Margaret, 38.
According to Kasingye, the duo pretended to be carrying organic fertilizers, but police specialists discovered upon testing, that it was heroin.
The culprits were travelling aboard a sunlight friends ULTD bus Reg. No. UAZ 076P.
According to Kasingye, the same women have traveled to several countries including China, UAE, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Kenya and India among other countries, selling drugs.
