David Lutalo, Music Promoter Fall Out

Singer David Lutalo is at war with renowned music promoter, Richmond who booked him for a show in U.K slated for  Saturday, April 28.

 Richmond is not happy with the artiste after he refused to record a promotional video.

Sources say Lutalo refused because he was not paid fully before the flight, a condition he set.

Richmond has thus been contemplating on dropping him but it is late. Lutalo will sing alongside, Rema Namakula.
