Zafaran is Swangz Avenue’s, new baby. She signed to the label over a year ago but has struggled to get attention and have her music penetrate the market.
Many people have been claiming that she might struggle forever since artists signed to Swangz Avenue usually get an immediate breakthrough.
Social media noisemaker Isma Olaxess said that Swangz Avenue could have failed to deliver for the first time because Zafaran has failed to make a mark.
“She has failed to make a mark. Swangz Avenue should accept that they can also fail. She might struggle forever,” he said.
Zafaran is currently on a media tour to promote her new song "Nkuba" which is still struggling to get airplay.
