Goodlyfe singer Weasel Manizo has hit the studio for what could be a tribute song to his late music partner, Mowzey Radio.
The yet-to-be-titled track is being produced by Herbert Skillz, who has been working with the singer on the project.
A short video shared on the official Radio & Weasel Instagram account on October 13, 2026, showed Weasel in the studio with Skillz. The post was captioned, “Have Cooked Something With @herbertskillz_”.
The collaboration appears to have been in the works for several weeks. In late September 2026, Skillz shared a video of a studio session with Weasel on X, describing the experience as a special moment with the Goodlyfe singer.
“Studio cookup with a legend. Weasel Manizo @RadioandWeasel 😎🔥 We just created magic. Stay tuned!” Skillz wrote.
Although neither Weasel nor the producer has confirmed whether the song is specifically a tribute to Radio, the project has raised expectations among fans who continue to celebrate the musical legacy the duo built together.
Weasel and Mowzey Radio formed one of Uganda’s most recognisable musical partnerships under the Goodlyfe Crew, releasing numerous songs that became popular with fans.
Radio died in February 2018, leaving a significant gap in Uganda’s music industry. Since then, Weasel has continued his music career, while fans have continued to cherish the duo’s contribution to Ugandan music.
