Musician Lydia Jazmine recently released her much-anticipated album, "One and Only," a project she's been crafting for over three years.
Despite its release following Bebe Cool's "Break the Chains" album, Jazmine firmly stated she is not in competition with the Gagamel boss.
The clarification came after various social media users, particularly those associated with the Gagamel camp, suggested her album was a direct challenge to Bebe Cool's. However, Jazmine insists she is simply focused on her own musical journey.
"I don't do those things if you have been following me for all the years I have been in the music industry," she explained in a local television interview. "I am not competing with anyone, as the suggestions by naysayers imply. I chose to just do my thing and focus on this album because I have much hope in it. I have been working on it for three years and didn't do that to compete with anyone."
Lydia Jazmine's "One and Only" album features fifteen songs and includes collaborations with a range of producers and artists, such as Jose Chameleone and Skales.
Bebe Cool's "Break the Chains" album was released in May of this year, approximately two months prior to Jazmine's.
