DJ Nimrod Considers Moving into Music Production

Nimrod is a certified DJ in Uganda's entertainment industry. He has been working for over fifteen years.

Despite his legacy as a DJ, something is missing from his career. He has not actively produced music like other DJs.

Around the world, DJs are moving away from just playing music to working on different projects with artists. DJ Khaled is the most celebrated example of this; he has featured on songs with various musicians, and it has worked wonders.

In Uganda, DJs Slick Stuart and Roja, DJ Shiru, and Selecta Jeff, among others, have been doing this for years. Nimrod is also considering giving it a try.

In an interview with a local television station, Nimrod explained that he is considering getting into music with different musicians, but he is taking his time.

"I think it should be considered," he explained. "Featuring artists on songs is actually introducing songs, because that is what DJ Khaled does. Let me consider it."

In addition to being a DJ, Nimrod also works as a media personality with Galaxy Media and hosts events.
