Opposition conservative party President Ken Lukyamuzi has described the electoral commission as a “Museveni-Kayihura commission” which cannot prepare a free and fair election come next month.
Addressing the media in Kampala this morning, Lukyamuzi said the party had written to the UN to help prevent a genocide that could come after the February elections.
