Band musicians Stecia Mayanja and Maureen Nantume are friends again after years of bickering and rivalry.
The two reconciled over the weekend when Nantume graced Stecia Mayanja's concert, which took place at the Serena Hotel in Kampala.
Mayanja revealed Maureen embraced her during the night, confided in her about the genuine love between them, and apologized for her wrongdoings against her.
"Maureen Nantume held me tightly; I could feel her emotions were genuine. She apologized for the wrongdoings, and we are friends again. I personally have nothing against her," she explained.
The two had been bickering after allegations surfaced revealing Stecia Mayanja as a witch and a beneficiary of witchcraft. It's reported she bewitched Maureen Nantume.
The rumors were fueled by Carol Nantogo, who publicly confessed to having been bewitched by Stecia Mayanja, suggesting she was told by Nantume.
The reconciliation was initiated by their music godfather, Mesach Semakula.
