Rema Reveals She Already Had Secret Wedding With Hamza

Songstress Rema Namakula has revealed that she is already officially married to her husband Hamza Ssebunya.

Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Rema disclosed that their wedding took place privately before their widely publicized Kukyaala and introduction ceremonies.

“My wedding is already done. It was a real wedding, and it had only a few people,” she said.

She explained that the ceremony was an Islamic wedding, commonly known as a Nikkah, which holds deep significance in the Muslim faith.

“It is called the Nikkah and is most respected among the Muslim faithful. It happened even before Kukyaala and the introduction ceremony,” she added.

According to Rema, the event was intentionally kept intimate, attended only by close family members and a few friends.

Despite already being officially married, the singer revealed that there are still plans for a more elaborate and luxurious wedding celebration in the future.
