Shakib Cham, the husband of socialite Zari Hassan, has reportedly ventured into deejaying as he continues to expand his career and business interests.
Over the years, Shakib has explored different ventures including a clothing line, corporate boxing, and brokering high-end vehicles.
Now, according to videos circulating online, Shakib has spent the past few months undergoing deejaying training and is preparing to officially launch his DJ career in June this year.
In the same clips, Shakib reportedly confirmed the development, revealing that the launch will coincide with Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz’s visit to Uganda on June 11.
He further disclosed that he hopes to perform as Diamond Platnumz’s deejay during the visit.
Shakib now joins a growing list of Ugandan socialites and influencers, including Etania and Sheilah Gashumba, who have also ventured into deejaying in recent years.
The development has sparked mixed reactions online, with some fans applauding his versatility while others questioned the move into the entertainment field.
