Singer Lydia Jazmine has dismissed claims that she has a strained relationship with fellow musician Rema Namakula, insisting the two are on good terms.

Speaking during an interview with a local television station, Jazmine said she has no personal issues with Rema despite years of speculation suggesting otherwise.

According to the singer, social media users have repeatedly tried to create bad blood between them, but their efforts have failed.

"I am on good terms with Rema Namakula. I have no problem with her despite the allegations. Social media users tried to create a war between us, but that was never possible," she partly explained.

Jazmine's remarks come years after she was accused by some sections of the public of contributing to the breakup of Rema Namakula and Eddy Kenzo's relationship—claims she has consistently denied.

The singer maintains that she and Rema share a cordial relationship and that the long-running rumors of a feud are unfounded.
