Uganda Musician Association (UMA) will hold elections for the new leadership on the 23rd of this May 2022.

However, one of the presidential candidates King Saha has expressed fears of vote rigging.

He is convinced the UMA electoral commission is not capable of holding free and fair elections online.

He advised them to hold physical elections so that musicians can cast their ballots at a certain polling station or line up behind their candidates.

"I doubt the committee can hold free and fair elections online. I would advise them to go for physical voting because that's transparent for everyone," he said.

King Saha is in stiff competition with Cindy Sanyu who happens to be the current UMA president.
